Give each affiliate a WooCommerce coupon, then see the orders, sales, cancellations and commission it brings in, and record what you pay them. No referral links, no tracking cookies, no affiliate logins.
Hera Referral Coupon Reports is built for stores that give each partner, reseller, creator or podcast host their own coupon code. Attribution comes from the code the customer types.
What it does
- An Affiliate tab on the WooCommerce coupon editor. A name is enough; an email address groups several coupons under one person.
- Every order that used a coupon is sorted into what happened to it: confirmed, pending, cancelled, never paid or refunded. You choose which order statuses count as confirmed, cancelled and refunded.
- A dashboard for the period you pick, compared with the period before it, with charts drawn on the server.
- Affiliates, Coupons and Orders reports, each exportable as CSV, and a print layout of the summary to save as PDF.
- Optional commission: a store-wide percentage or a fixed amount per order, which any coupon can override. A percentage is worked out on product totals after discounts and refunds.
- A Payouts screen: what each affiliate has earned, been paid and is owed, a statement of the orders due up to a date you choose, and a record of every payment.
- Optional emails to the affiliate, edited under WooCommerce’s own email settings like any other store email.
What it leaves out
- It never pays anyone: you pay affiliates your usual way, record each payment, and the plugin keeps the balance.
- Affiliates get no account and no login: an affiliate is a name, and optionally an email address, on a coupon.
- It makes no external connections. Everything is computed from your own store’s orders and coupons.
- It does not convert currencies, so its totals suit a store that sells in one currency.
