Personal data and privacy
This article explains what the plugin stores, what it shares with affiliates, and what it never does, so you can describe it in your privacy policy.
No outside connections
The plugin makes no connection to any outside service. It sends no data to a third party, loads no remote script, font or stylesheet, and adds nothing to your storefront. Everything on its screens is worked out from your own orders and coupons, and its emails go out through your site’s own mail setup.
What it stores

Affiliates’ personal data
Affiliates’ names and email addresses are personal data. The plugin does not add them to WordPress’s tools under Tools → Export Personal Data and Tools → Erase Personal Data, so answer an affiliate’s request by hand:
- To stop using their details, clear the Affiliate tab of each of their coupons and click Update. Their orders not yet paid for become unassigned.
- Payment records, and the orders those payments covered, keep the name and email address the payment was made to, as a record of what you paid.
- Each order they were emailed about keeps their address in a note of who was already emailed. Deleting the plugin removes those notes.
Customers’ personal data
The plugin reads orders to count them, but stores no customer names or addresses, and the affiliate emails never include customer details.
