Filtering the reports
The dashboard and the Affiliates, Coupons and Orders reports share one filter bar. This article explains each filter, how periods are counted, and how to change the period the reports open on.

Date range
| Choice | Period |
|---|---|
| Today | Today. |
| Yesterday | The day before today. |
| Last 7 days | Today and the six days before it. |
| Last 30 days | Today and the 29 days before it. |
| This month | From the first of this month to today. |
| Last month | The whole of the previous calendar month. |
| This year | From 1 January to today. |
| Custom range | The days you pick in From and To. |
From and To appear when you choose Custom range, filled in with the dates of the period on screen. If From is later than To, the two are swapped.
A period runs from the start of its first day to the end of its last day, in your site’s timezone from Settings → General. An order belongs to the period in which it was placed, so a refund or a cancellation made later changes the figures of the period the order was placed in.
Affiliate and Coupon
- Affiliate narrows the report to one affiliate. The list holds every affiliate on record, shown as their name with the email address in brackets.
- Coupon narrows it to one coupon code. The list holds every coupon that has been used on an order, with or without an affiliate.
Choosing both shows only orders that match both.
Apply or clear
Click Filter to apply your choices. Reset clears every filter and returns to the default period.
On the Orders report, the status links above the list filter by outcome as well, and that choice is kept when you change the other filters. See The Orders report.
The period reports open on
The reports open on the last 30 days. To change that, go to Affiliate Reports → Settings and choose another period under Reports in Default date range. Custom ranges cannot be the default. See All settings.
